Soooo... I'm a small town girl who likes her cup of happiness to be full...most of the time anyway.

I'm a big music person. I really enjoy playing the violin and piano and playing chamber music. Let's see...as of now, I've been playing the piano for 11 years and the violin for 10 years! If I could pick one thing that makes me play the violin most is the fieriness of the great concertos. I admire violin virtuosos. I also like how romantic the violin can be. *sigh* I love the piano's beautiful sound. On the piano, I can just play around and make up stuff. The piano is great for the heavy and rich stuff from Rachmaninoff and Brahms. Sometimes I listen to Chopin's nocturnes to lull me to sleep.

Music for dance is awesome too. Dances rock...well as long as there's no karaoke (exeter joke)! I have to say, Monique, my room mate from camp, is the best dancer I know! She is totally awesome and we had good times dancing!

I also like just listening to music. I can tolerate everything...well, I don't really like country and I'm not ready for opera. I'm pretty much a pop girl even though I listen to other stuff too. I like Mandarin pop music (go V-Power) from artists like Jay Chou and David Tao. I also like some Jpop. Utada Hikaru is cool and so is Maaya Sakamoto and Bonnie Pink. And yes, I do like W-inds! I guess I'm still into the boy band thing b/c I like V6 too!

That leads to anime... I guess I don't know that many anime series, but I watch the ones on Cartoon Network. All the animes I've watched: Outlaw Star, Tenchi Muyo, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Gundamwing, G Gundam, Rurouni Kenshin, .hack//sign, Knights of the Zodaic (yes, sadly), Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Witch Hunter Robin, Wolf's Rain, DNAngel. I have to say that I really liked Outlaw Star, Rurouni Kenshin, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun and Wolf's Rain. I would have liked to see more of DNAngel...but that was in Taiwan...

What else besides music? Well since I'm not well-coordinated, I stick to running. I like cross-country best b/c I like running outside and the trails are always pretty. I don't like running on the track, circle after circle. I also tried fencing over the summer and it's awesome! I guess it was as close as I could get to kendo... I guess too much anime.

I really cherish friends... I would make a list of all the people dear to me, but that list might go on for a couple of pages! I just want to thank all those who have made me smile and who support me at least 20/7!
